We want you to LOVE your SKATIE pieces, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, please go to https://returns.skatie.com to initiate a return or exchange.

We offer free return shipping on all orders within the United States.

 

Swim: 

All swim is eligible to be returned for store credit only or each order is also eligible for one free exchange.
We have a very in depth fit guide + size chart to help you find your perfect fit.

Active, Basics, Lounge & Cover-Ups: 

Our active, lounge, basics and cover-up collections can be returned for refund to original payment method but will be subject to a $5 restocking fee per order.
If you would rather return for store credit, your return will be refunded to a gift card in full.

 

In order for us to accept your return, your order must meet the following criteria:

- Return is initiated within 14 days from when you receive your package.
- All products must be returned in their original condition. Worn, washed or unsanitary items will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and sanitary liner intact.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY sale items. This includes all items in our sale section and items purchased with a discount code of 30% or higher. No exceptions.

 

Final Sale Info: 

We understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating.
However, please know that pricing on final sale items is below cost, and discounting this low is rare.
Because of this, we need to be strict about not accepting any returns on final sale items. We hope you understand our position.

Warranty:

We stand by our handmade in LA pieces, plus offer a warranty against manufacturing  damages  for all SKATIE items up to 6 months after the date of purchase.
If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will either repair or replace it, at our discretion. If damage occurs due to normal or extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner, 
we will repair the product for a charge that we deem to be reasonable, or we will notify you that we cannot repair it to a standard we consider to be durable and lasting. 
Our warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric, as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way, in which our 14-day return policy would apply. 
Warranty work will only be done with proof of purchase from SKATIE. If you have questions regarding a repair, please reach out directly to customer service at hello@skatie.com.

Please note once you send in your return policy, it will take 2 weeks to receive back.

 

Hygiene Info: 

Styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled.
If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. They will be returned to the sender at your expense. 

 

Reminder: 

Sale items are non-refundable. No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions. Please double-check your sizes!
