At checkout, you can add Return Coverage to your order for a small fee. With Return Coverage, returns and exchanges on eligible items are on us — free return shipping, free exchanges, and no restocking fees. Didn’t add coverage? No problem — your first exchange is always free, on every order, whether or not you purchased Return Coverage. Additional returns and exchanges on uncovered orders are subject to return shipping and any applicable fees, outlined below.

Our active, basics, lounge, wardrobe and cover-up collections can be returned for refund to original payment method but will be subject to a $10 restocking fee per order. If you would rather return for store credit, your return will be refunded to a gift card in full.

We stand by our handmade in LA pieces, plus offer a warranty against manufacturing  damages for all SKATIE items up to 6 months after the date of purchase. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover tears, rips, or snags caused to the fabric, as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way, in which our 14-day return policy would apply. Styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. They will be returned to the sender at your expense.

We understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating. However, please know that pricing on final sale items is below cost, and discounting this low is rare. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal: CLICK HERE. Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund. We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us. This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
